ISCA Sneaker Fund
History
This script was written by Noble Cliff Hartmier and was first conferred in Sioux City, IA at the 2016 mid-winter convention of the International Shrine Clown and later in Canada in March 2018. It's purpose is to bring fun and fellowship to all and awareness to the ISCA Sneaker Fund.
The degree was then spread to other Shrine Centers and Masonic Lodges. There are fun things like Flinstone Bowling, everyone has a Water Buffalo name created just for them, and there is even a secret greeting that you learn once you have received the degree.

I am honored to have brought some reality to this Flintstone Fraternity named "The Loyal Order of Water Buffalos". The idea did start around 2002 and took until 2016 in order to do it. Over the years, some of the propos were made from items bought at thrift stores. My hat is actually brown and used to be a fur hat. The horns on it are from a plastic Viking hat and when put together became my hat.
Just happy to come to your area and help out with the degree.
